ExpertPro ("we", "our") operates the ExpertPro marketplace app and website, which connect customers with independent service professionals. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and optional profile details such as photo, phone and city.
• Provider data: business details, service listings, portfolios and verification documents you choose to submit.
• Usage data: bookings, quotes, reviews, favorites and messages you exchange through the app.

How we use it

• To operate the marketplace: match customers with providers, process bookings, enable chat, display reviews.
• To keep the platform safe: verify providers, prevent fraud and abuse.
• To notify you about your bookings and messages.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL and authentication) and transmitted encrypted (TLS). Access is restricted by row-level security.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data at any time. See account deletion or contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

ExpertPro is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
